So I decided to get this footage on tape so I did and I zoomed in real close and there was a castket being pulled from the ground. I was like wow something neat. but here is what the story is, in the news...

Body Found On MMC Campus
Posted on June 23, 2005

Work is being done on the Martin Methodist College Campus to provide a patio and bbq are for the faculty and students. Workers leveling the ground, preparing it to pour concrete made a startling discovery in their digging yesterday. A metal vault with a casket inside was found.

School officials notified the Pulaski Police Department. According to Captain John Dickey, Officer Wesley Vick was the responding officer. State officials were notified of the find and strict procedures were followed according to Dickey.

Inside the small metal vault was a wooden casket. The first thought was that workers had discovered a child’s grave. Giles County Medical Examiner Dr. Joe Fite was called to the scene. After examining the remains, Dr. Fite determined the remains were that of a small animal.

Dr. Ted Brown, President of Martin Methodist College says the construction site is located on West Flower Street at the site of the former Stone House.

Dr. Brown says that the remains were reburied on the property.
